6. Laminated Menus sanitized after each use

7. Reservations and call-ahead seating advised

8. Tables and chairs cleaned and sanitized between quests

9. Stay at home policy for staff with any symptoms

10. Mandatory and regular staff hand washing

11. All restaurant touch surfaces cleaned and sanitized hourly

12. Complete and thorough restaurant cleaning and sanitizing daily
